Accounts Clerk

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare payment vouchers, filing, sub-contractors and suppliers recording

  • Updating of accounts transactions, fixed assets register

  • Maintain monthly accounting records – cash book, receipt books, payment vouchers files, journals & general ledger

  • Maintain all bank transactions & documents filing, reconciliation

 

 

Requirements

 

  • LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

  • Possess 1 year experience in similar position 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Knowledge in UBS & MS Office

  • Applicant must be willing to work in Alor Setar
